MARIELA SANCARI

20.30h. TO MAKE OF THE EYE, HAND. OF THE HAND, EYE.

Celler square

‘Whether it is to serve a meal, to deposit offerings, to organise knowledge, to play a social game or to plot some magical operation, in all cases the table gathers heterogeneities, gives shape to multiple relationships’.

In this fragment, taken from one of the texts accompanying the exhibition Atlas How to carry the world on your back, the art historian Georges Didi-Huberman proposes to think of the table, or assembly table, with the same functions as a plate from Aby Warburg's atlas, that is, as a device, a form that helps to think and where images and other elements can participate in a dance of open and changing relations that are infinitely reconfigured. In the performative lecture Hacer del ojo, mano. From the hand, eye, the artist Mariela Sancari will explore the space of the editing table understood as an interface where potential relations between images and texts can be constellated.

LIANT LA TROCA

LIANT LA TROCA

21.30h LIANT LA TROCA DANCE

Celler Square

Liant la Troca is a dance group that emerged from Jordi Cortés' workshops, organised at the Roca Umbert performing arts space in Granollers, in 2010. The group is made up of people with different abilities, both artistic and motor, sensory and intellectual. Therefore, it brings the spectator closer to concepts such as: capacity, accessibility and inclusion.

SIN-CON-TACTO  is about the need to be in touch with others and also with oneself. How through through the different senses we establish relationships, belong to a group or be in a couple. Also the need to be alone in space waiting for someone or simply for something to happen. A diverse where everything can happen, with strong personalities who desire and want each other, allowing the audience to be an accomplice of their encounters.

With the cameras of our telephones turned into human appendages, we generate many more images than we can consume, images that subjugate us and in the face of which, at times, there is nothing left to do but revolt. Images that swallow us up and which, from time to time, we should swallow.

PHOTOGRAPHY ACTIVITIES FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY

11.30h. CHEMIGRAMS. PHOTOGRAPHY WITHOUT A CAMERA

El Celler Square

Workshop given by the Grup Fotogràfic El Gra.

This activity is aimed at children and aims to introduce them to the dark and closed universe of the analogue photographic laboratory. Chemigraphy is a technique that uses the photo-sensitive materials of traditional photography but does not require a dark space and can be done in broad daylight.

Chemigrams are images obtained on light-sensitive emulsions and produced by the action of the chemical agents used during the analogue photographic process (developer, stop bath and fixer).

This is a mixed technique that produces images by combining the procedures and materials of painting and photography without the mediation of a camera.

The participating children will find themselves in the middle of an open-air photographic laboratory and will be amazed to discover the action of light on the silver nitrates of the sensitive paper, making their own creations.

Can an image cry for a previous one? is a workshop proposal that seeks, through different dynamics, to use images to better understand how we understand the reality that surrounds us. Through a first exercise, we will look for the first links within the same personal archive to then permeate all the material to the rest and build dialogues between images collectively that will draw a kind of constellation full of possible combinations.

Registration is required in order to participate. See the section on calls for entries.

21.00h.THE KILLING HITS

Salvador Allende Square

Everyone thought that five rock stars like Elvis Presley, Kurt Cobain, Freddy Mercury, Jim Morrison and John Lennon were no longer with us, but that's not so, some were simply on a trip with the Imserso, others on a spiritual retreat in Tibet. Tired of free buffets and playing the Tibetan singing bowl, these five music icons have returned to the stage to pay tribute to their main influences: Raphael, Sonia and Selena, Camilo Sesto, Chenoa .....
Under the name of The Killing Hits, these five musicians are responsible for the fact that the rate of hip fractures in recent years has shot up alarmingly, that shoe manufacturers can't find a single one that can withstand their dance steps and that their audiences the next day can only repeat these six words: Yo Quiero BailarToda La Noche.

One Hit to rule them all. One Hit to find them. One Hit to lure them all and bind them to the darkness of the Party.
